   Legalisim and beliefs of various religions may differ on many things but there is no denying that there are many effective leadership concepts and ideas in the Bible.

   Or in otherwords faith and relligion often gets intermixed and intertwined as being one and the same thing which, IMO it is not.

    I am paricularly drawn by the comment to differentiate “faith” from “religion”. I have often found that religion gets in the way of faith. What unites us all is faith; what separates us are the doctrines of various religions. That is not to say that that I am not a Christian, but that I believe in a much broader concept of Christianity than what you find on the radio or TVE.

    The Bible provides many examples of how to lead, and how NOT to lead. Yet I would hope that with a title of Articles of Faith, that these leadership articles are not limited to the Christian perspective. I have taught many leadership lessons by using Jewish texts, and I suspect that other faiths will also have texts and writings that can provide good leadership lessons. We could all learn from each other.
