Managing Mondays: Motivating Morale On a Budget

Times are tough right now. Salary’s are stagnant, or are even being cut. 401K’s are not being matched. People are losing their jobs. Unless something is done, this combination of economic malaise is a great way to insure that morale stays low. Even after the cuts and downsizing, many managers may not even be concerned if their remaining employees are unhappy or not.
